When we think of high school graduation, we often picture caps flying through the air, proud families in the stands, and graduates crossing a stage to receive their diplomas. In Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, however, one of the most memorable parts of graduation happens on the water.
Following this year's commencement ceremony, graduates from Sturgeon Bay High School continued a unique local tradition by participating in the community's annual graduation boat parade.

The Wellcraft 38 T-Top Helps Celebrate Graduation Day

Boats of all sizes carried members of the Class of 2026 through the waters of Sturgeon Bay as family, friends, and local residents gathered along the shoreline to celebrate their achievement. The parade has become a beloved tradition since its debut in 2021, transforming graduation day into a true community event on the bay.

Among the boats participating in this year's parade was a Wellcraft 38 T-Top, made available through the support of Bay Marine, Wellcraft's local dealer serving the Sturgeon Bay community. Built to bring people together for unforgettable moments on the water, the 38 T-Top provided a fitting platform for a celebration centered on togetherness, community, and new beginnings.
